Milk-fed lamb from Michel Lemoine, green asparagus , lemon freekeh and wild garlic
Roasted turbot with salt butter and seaweed, broad bean and wild rice, hollandaise sauce
A Plate of three Cheeses
Praline crispy, vanilla crème brûlée, Gariguettes strawberries
Sweet chocolate and caramelized pears, melting caramel
