Innovative dining at Borgo Santo Pietro sees traditional Tuscan cooking given an international twist, with ingredients sourced locally and in season wherever possible and many grown in the villa's own organic grounds. Guests can eat in the villa's ornate dining room, out on the terrace or enjoy a drink or snack beside the pool. Elsewhere in the extensive grounds visitors can call for waiter service by using their personal handset provided upon arrival.
