Heading up the brigade at Le Donjon's gastronomic restaurant, our new chef Rodolphe POTTIER brings with him a boundless passion, creativity and expertise that promise new culinary emotions, while retaining the same love for sustainable and responsible gastronomy. And let's not forget the in-house cellar, which boasts a cutting-edge selection of over 500 wines.
Open Wednesday to Thursday from 7pm to 9.30pm and Friday to Sunday from 12pm to 2pm and from 7pm to 9.30pm.
Le Bistrot Saint-Clair
Located in Le Cottage with its large bay window and terrace overlooking the Donjon swimming pool and the sea in the distance, our restaurant "Le Bistrot Saint Clair" opened its doors in November 2019 for an alternative culinary experience, and complementary to our gourmet restaurant. In a modern setting and relaxed atmosphere our Chef Senda David WAGUENA has taken over the reins of Le Bistrot Saint Clair. His culinary universe is an ode to diversity and creativity, reflecting his personal and cultural journey across continents and flavours.
Open Monday to Sunday evenings from 7pm to 9.30pm & Saturday to Sunday lunchtimes from 12pm to 2pm in Barbecue format!
