At the Michelin-starred gourmet restaurant, Florent Pietravalle has been the chef of La Mirande since 2016. In Avignon now resonates the echo of his cuisine composed around the products of our region, which he sublimates thanks to an innate talent and the great respect he has for his art. La Salle à Manger is the restaurant's bistronomic alternative with a choice of simple and tasty à la carte dishes from daily cuisine.
La Table Haute
This experience starts with an aperitif in our wine cellar before continuing in the old kitchen with other guests around the large table. The chefs will host your evening in front of the wood-fired piano on which your menu will be prepared, accompanied by a selection of local wines to match the dishes. Conviviality is honored through a unique menu, prepared with local and mostly organic products according to the market arrival.
