Located in the heart of the medieval city of Carcassonne, marked by 2,000 years of conquest and the footprint of Catharism and the Crusades, the medieval city is rich with a unique architectural and cultural heritage. "Le Parc" was inaugurated in 2013. Driftwood adds warmth to the slate, all is harmony and comfort, meant to enhance the emotions awakened by Chef Franck Putelat's artful cuisine. Franck Putelat, a native of the Jura region, first won the Bocuse d'Argent in 2003.
When he opened his restaurant in 2006, he was awarded his first Michelin star a year later, before obtaining his second star in 2012. His latest accolade is the title of MOF in 2019.
Today, his restaurant welcomes you from Tuesday to Saturday, for lunch and dinner.
The chef invites you on an exclusive culinary voyage, through local cuisine in which he revisits the region's emblematic dishes, in a cosy atmosphere that reflects his Jura origins.
