Crossing Condotti is an elegant, recently restored, private residence, offering warm and placid hospitality.
Five different enchanting rooms are available, all charmingly finished with original wooden ceilings, parquet floors, important prints, paintings and antique furniture from the owners’ private collection.

Crossing Condotti is not a classic hotel, but a true Downtown House, comfortably and elegantly located in the heart of Rome, 50 meters from Piazza di Spagna, with the magnificent Scalinata di Trinità dei Monti, better-known as the Spanish Steps; surrounded by the major monuments, on the first floor of an historical building, in one of the crossways of the prestigious via dei Condotti, the property is encircled by the most exclusive temples of haute couture and shopping but also by renowned restaurants and cafes.

The property combines past fragrances and contemporary comforts devoted to satisfy Guests’ every single wish. As Guests are not simply clients, they will receive the keys to the house and to their room, in order to feel like at home. A kitchenette, at Guests complete disposal, is provided with Nespresso coffee machine, ice-machine and refrigerator offering free soft drinks throughout the day.
Furthermore, every room is equipped with a courtesy tray with all the necessaire to prepare hot drinks such as coffee, tea, cappuccino and hot chocolate.

Exploring Margutta Street, a favourite of painters, sculptors and antique dealers; sampling pastries at the "Antico Caffé Greco", the oldest in Rome.
