This 18th century Watermill converted into a delightful hotel stands at the foot of the outstanding medieval village of Conques, with the River Dourdou running nearby. Set in the heart of a listed site, the building has an unusual charm enhanced by its fine furnished interior and its superb terrace overlooking the river and the magnificent landscapes. Similar delightful views from the swimming pool and rooms, some with a balcony or terrace. Hervé Busset serves outstanding cuisine in the restaurant. Getting out of the beaten tracks he strives to innovate by getting the best out of the local produce.

"Lover of products and nature, I like to share my passion for plants through my dishes. However, my Périgord identity does not make me forget the great classics such as foie gras and truffles, which have pride of place on the menu.
This spirit has been preserved in the dining room where the large bay windows open onto nature.
The contemporary decoration combines with the charm of old schist stones. Next door, the Moulin room is more intimate and lets in a soft light. As soon as the weather permits, you can enjoy the rays of the sun for lunch on the terrace. "
